

The Workforce Development Council is excited to announce the Snohomish County Recovery Act AmeriCorps Program! Starting in July 2009, 15 members will serve throughout Snohomish County addressing critical needs in energy efficiency and regional low income service refferals.
The Workforce Development Council Snohomish County has had the privilege of hosting the Snohomish County AmeriCorps program from August 2003 through July 2009. In those six years, The Snohomish County AmeriCorps Program served over 20,000 youth with job preparedness, service-learning, and enrichment activities through the service of 105 AmeriCorps Members who collectively donated over 150,000 hours to our community.
