
Rapid Response supports the delivery of services for people who are facing lay-off so they can find employment and enroll in education or training. Services are provided for layoff of any kind: permanent closure, approved trade impacted event, natural or other disaster resulting in a mass job layoff. The purpose of Rapid Response is to provide information and resources to both businesses and unemployed workers.
