Thanks to a great new partnership with Center for Career Alternatives staff, WorkFirst clients are now able to co-enroll in Workforce Investment Act (WIA) programs, thus increasing the services they are eligible for, including On-the-Job Training with local businesses.
We are pleased to report that adaptive equipment is now available at all three WorkSource Snohomish County locations: WorkSource Everett, WorkSource Lynnwood, and the WorkSource Youth Center. Previously housed in the WorkSource Transition Serices Center, the adaptive equipment is now available to assist persons with disabilities in the resource rooms of these three centers thus increasing the ability of WorkSource Snohomish County to serve all clients.
